Welcome! My name is Heather.

I am a resource to all the busy moms out there. I get it! Kids, work, life in general. All the little everyday things add up and we are left with nothing for ourselves. What I’ve learned is to take care of myself physically, mentally and spiritually. I have to in order to take care of everyone else.

I teach a variety of classes….I get bored easily. So these classes range in length and intensity and are there to give YOU what you need. I hope you will hop in and try them. I hope you will contact me and get on the email list. I hope you find the new things coming out for challenges and LIVE meditations useful for you!
